Remind me to tell you about the time my hostel mate bought me Thai noodle soup dinner before telling me that I am going to hell.

      Me: So what do you believe happens to you when you die?
      Presbyterian Hostel Mate: Well, because I believe in Jesus and his goodness, I will go to heaven.
      Me: Okay. And people who don’t believe then, or are unsure, would that mean they go to hell?
      PHM: Yes.
      Me: Alright, and what about people who have never heard of Jesus, say they lived before he was born or lived and died in a place where there were no missionaries?
      PHM: Well it is my belief that they would go to hell as well.
      Me: Wow! Really???
      PHM: Yes.
      Me: I was not expecting that! God, believing that would make me so incredibly sad all the time
