+ 375 deg. for 30 mins
+ 30~ minutes of cooling, partly in the refrigerator
– paper
+ sauce, broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, red bell pepper, garlic, more mozzarella, olive oil and some more red pepper flakes
+ 375 for another 15 mins
= DELICIOUS

And thank you! I just recently (beginning of August) realized that I am allergic to wheat. It’s been a roller coaster dealing with that. Knowing that I get to have pizza that doesn’t make my stomach hurt or my eczema flare really helps. 🙂
