If you find yourself with 2 old bananas

 

and a pattypan squash, 3 cups of Irish oatmeal, 4 tbsp. of butter, 2 eggs, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 4 scoops of vanilla whey protein powder, 2 tsp. baking powder, cinnamon, salt, a 350-deg. oven and 20 minutes,  you can make some pretty tasty banana-squash-oatmeal protein muffins.

And if you use an ice cream scooper, they’ll come out a cute little size.
