I did the meditation on pgs. 12-13 right before I fell asleep

And this is the first day since the new year that I have woken up not exhausted.

The funny thing is I know how good meditation is for you. I’ve experienced it before. Spiritually, biochemically, everyone agrees that meditation is great. I know this! Why do I let myself forget?
