This time last year I was super excited about finding out that Fringe shoots in Vancouver and finding the phone number to the head of television production at Bad Robot.

This time this year the graduate advisor I was looking forward to working with told me that she’s not taking on any more students next year.

Considering how well the former situation turned out, maybe there’s some reverse hope for the latter.
