I made a grapefruit simple syrup to go on my pancakes this morning–a test recipe for the cookbook that still needs a little refining–and now, what to do with the excess…

Maybe grapefruit-glazed popcorn?
Or asparagus?

Oooooh maybe a grapefruit spritzer/cocktail something since it is still all of the degrees outside!!? I love research & development. It’s gonna get me wasted! 🙂
