It’s sorta like, “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie…” only you’ll get banana mini-cheesecake bites.
Also, if you are slightly shy of the necessary amount of cream cheese, you can successfully sub in Trader Joe’s 4 oz Vanilla & Cream yogurt.

Those were no joke!
My attempt with the leftover banana goodness was just not the same as the fresh stuff…and I couldn’t et them to come out of the tins very nicely.
You’ve got the touch!
I made cake today using a bag of tea. I think you may be right. 🙂
A take off of my mug brownie recipe.
4 tbsp AP flour
2-3 tbsp sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
2 tbsp melted butter (or oil, or potentially applesauce, I haven’t tried it yet)
dash of salt
contents of 1 packet of decaf vanilla creme tea
almond milk (or soy or cow or even water), just enough to mix everything thoroughly
microwave for appx 60 secs
perfect single serving treat (the brownie version has 3 tbsp of cocoa. i’ve also done it with chai.)
