No egg/No moo Day 10

I made double-dipped vegan french toast for breakfast, with a few slight modifications: a pinch of salt, a splash of apple juice and maybe a tablespoon (I didn’t measure) of brown sugar. It was lick the plate good. AND, since you’re not dealing with raw egg, you can pour the remaining marinade back over the toast, eliminating the need for syrup!

So so so good.
