So I am giving up eggs
and casein
to see if it is caused by a food intolerance.
I can’t exactly say I’m looking forward to this but I am looking forward to getting the hell rid of this, instead of just treating it when it happens. And there’s always scrambled tofu, vegan cookies, goat’s milk ice cream, coconut milk yogurt…there’s hope. (I guess.)
Of course, it’s completely possible that my intolerance is to wheat or soy, or that my eczema is not food-related at all.
This will be an interesting next 30 days…
